In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation via automated WhatsApp message or phone call. Please ensure your provided phone number is active for quick verification.
Pre-Orders / New Collections: Estimated dispatch times for pre-order collections vary (typically 7–15 working days) and will be explicitly mentioned on the relevant product page or website banner.
Sales & Promotions: During high-volume promotional periods or sales, processing and dispatch times may be extended slightly.
Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan): Standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies across Pakistan.
Free Delivery: Enjoy Free Nationwide Shipping on all orders exceeding PKR 4,000.
International Delivery: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all nationwide deliveries within Pakistan.
Prepaid / Digital Options: We accept online credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Direct Bank Deposit / IBFT, and local mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa / JazzCash).
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking notification via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and courier link.
You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier partner's portal.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 working days of order confirmation, please reach out directly to our Customer Support team.

Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 working days after dispatch.
Customs & Taxes: Zarkhaas is not responsible for any local customs duties, import tariffs, or taxes imposed by the destination country. All such applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Remote Area Charges: If an international shipping address is flagged as a "Remote Area" by courier providers, customers will be informed prior to dispatch regarding any additional shipping surcharges.
Order changes or address updates can only be processed before the parcel has been dispatched from our facility.
